Are there plans to launch more environmentally friendly products in the future?

Yes, we’re working on the super high barrier Mono PE recyclable material for retort ready-to-eat food and the recycled packaging for food. Will launch when we’re ready for bulk production supply.

Are there relevant environmental certifications, such as ISO, FSC, etc.?

Yes, we have certifications of ISO50001, FSC, Double E (Easy-to-recycle, Easy-to-regenerate),etc. Certificate. And we can help customer for Recyclass and How-2-recycle certifying.

Does you provide technical support and training on the use of new materials?

Yes, we do have a strong technical team and a Packaging User Experience Center to support customers how to use the recyclable packaging better.

Are there any ready-made templates or samples for reference?

Yes, please feel free to contact our team for the samples, specifications and detailed information.

Can the you provide specific design and brand customization services?

Yes. Almost of the packaging are customized according to customer’s design and requirements.

How long is the delivery time for recyclable environmentally friendly packaging?

The production lead time is almost same as traditional packaging.

Can the your production capacity meet the demand?

The raw material of recyclable packaging is in short supply in the industry actually. However, we do the raw material by ourselves with plenty production capacity and fast in production.

What is the minimum order quantity for customization?

With both Digital printing and Rotogravure printing, we’re flexible for the quantity.

How does the performance of recyclable packaging in terms of moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, strength, etc.?

We produce multiple barrier standard of MDOPE raw film by ourselves for different barrier and strengths level. Current can meet WTR≤0.25g/㎡*24h, OTR≤0.2cc/㎡*24h, 0.1Mpa which is good for most of dry food packaging.

How does the cost of recyclable environmentally friendly packaging compare with traditional plastic flexible packaging?

The cost of general recyclable packaging will increase a little bit from the cost of traditional material. However, we have great strength on the cost comparing to other flexible manufacturer cause we do the raw material by ourselves with minimum cost.

Does the use of recyclable environmentally friendly packaging comply with local or national regulations?

Yes, our recyclable packaging material meet (EU) No 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR food contact safe regulation.

Do the materials comply with environmental standards and regulations?

Yes, our Mono PE recyclable packaging can meet Recyclass, How-2-recycle, Double (Easy-to-recycle, Easy-to-regenerate),etc.certification requirements.

What are the types of recyclable materials that EcoPak have?

Mono PE, Mono PP and Mono Polyolefins are Ceflex confirmed sustainable recyclable plastic packaging. We have been doing all these 3 types for different packaging requirements.
